Logistics plays a key role in the steel industry. To ensure seamless movement of raw materials and finished goods, Varrsana has its own **Private Railway Siding** within the plant premises.
This allows for cost-effective transportation of bulk materials like Iron Ore and Coal directly from the ports/mines to our plant.
Power is the lifeline of steel manufacturing. We have established a **36 MW Coal-based Thermal Power Plant** to ensure uninterrupted power supply to our Induction Furnaces and Rolling Mills.
Additionally, we utilize **Waste Heat Recovery Boilers (WHRB)** in our Sponge Iron kilns to generate green power, reducing our carbon footprint.
